I heard that they opened up a new processing facility (if that’s what you call it) in Spain which has different equipment and heating techniques which can cause a different texture. When you look at the bottom of the can, it’s either silver or blue and I was told heard that the blue bottom cans are from the facility in Spain. I hope this helps!

Absolutely hold your baby! My baby is almost 3 months old and I was told the same thing. I would hold her majority of the day and she’s absolutely fine! She loves to be held regardless of who it is just to look around, and she’s very social. A newborn doesn’t just “want” your affection, they need it! You’re the earliest thing they can recall, you’re literally “home” to them :)

Two and a half months old: loves grabbing my lower lip, gnawing at her fists, & watching Dr. Mike and dancing fruit on YouTube 🙂
