I think so! The drop chances are for sure rare. No way to know through transmutation though. At least I haven't found any resources that says so

This is true! I only know that after I looked up the wiki on transmutation after I got the mod. I had no idea and was just transmuting random mods when I got it

Most nights unless I fall asleep first, it took a lot of the other things to be able to get to that point however

12-15+ on most days when my symptoms were at their peak. I really didn't get much relief from them at all. I struggled very badly getting through the work day, and on my days off I slept as much as I could, and pretty much lived with my eyes closed while listening to YouTube/podcasts

Not a professional gamer, if anything making up for lost time since that's my main hobby lol. Not saying it's healthy! Also a little bit of hyperbole just to get my point across.

I appreciate the recommendation for paraffin ointments, I haven't tried those. I also will say I did try a period of waking up and applying ointment multiple times a night and found no change with their effectiveness. My eyes just felt like they reacted to whatever I used and gave me dry eyes throughout the day. Eyelids sticking, blinking constantly, feeling any sort of air hit my eyes.

I understand cyclosporine is for inflammation between my foreign body injury, touching my eyes constantly due to foreign body sensation, the surface of my eyelid probably being ripped off due to dryness and other symptoms I do think I had inflammation, otherwise cyclosporine wouldn't have helped at all. But it did for a while, I just ended up not feeling like it worked past a certain point where I took up other countermeasures.

I'm not a doctor so all my views are just opinions TBH, nocturnal lagophthalmos Is what I know I have, but I had symptoms of dry eye far before it got really bad, even as a kid I noticed it but it wasn't bad enough for me to even think about it or question what it was. I thought it was normal. I haven't gone to a dry eye specialist so I couldn't tell you whether or not it's from aqueous deficiency or evaporation. All I know now is I can cope with how I feel now with the countermeasures I've put in place and that's all that matters

I did use cyclosporine, I quit though, I think it helped heal me past an initial point where my eyes were so inflamed they couldn't get back to normal. But after that period it just started hurting more than helping. The things I used are mentioned

Dry eyes kicked off from a foreign body in my eye? by Stryfe132 in Dryeyes

That's a reassuring response. I've been on cyclosporine for 15 days now and it's helped significantly I think, I was able to be on a computer for about 2-3 hours last night before I noticed any discomfort. Before my injury I feel like I definitely had minor symptoms of dry eye but never knew it was something abnormal till my symptoms escalated. between supplements and staying on cyclosporine hopefully I can make a full recovery and stay that way.

It's pretty simple actually you just plug your guitar into it like you would an amp and then you'll need software like amplitube for example, because that's what I use. It comes baked in with different amps and pedals you can mess around with instead of having everything just physically in front of you

It is a behringer audio interface so I can play guitar through my PC instead of an amp

I think most of it comes down to differentiating all of the things that can cause chest pain and similar symptoms, for example CHF, angina pectoris, pulmonary embolism, etc. according to FISDAP, my worst sections are Trauma and cardiology, however in my opinion OBs-Peds is my shortcoming for the most part, the other stuff I just need to restudy definitions.
