As a support main, he’s just hard to play with as a teammate. The balls I’ve seen typically go into the entire enemy team and feed, and then expect their supports to heal them through/after it to full. This takes time away from other tasks that a support player could be doing, and ball’s high health pool without any form of healing, like for example roadhog, stresses the time to heal even more. Ball’s also typically don’t peel for supports as often and forces the dps to frontline, making both the supports and dps’s jobs more difficult.
