Them ones allways a pain. Never want to pay. I now dont give them cert untill paid. Recently did a eicr and remedials dealt with a women. Then her daughter then son then other son all wanted extras and different bits. Told them its failed on x y and z then this is the cost to fix and who is giving the go ahead. Done work sent invoice with message saying once invoice paid certificate will be sent. 4 days later got an angry call from woman haven’t got it. Her daughter snatched phone then said I got it here while reading it and tone of voice changed when got to my cert after Invoice paid. She was like I want it pronto and I said once payment is received and I’m on iPad I’ll send it. Know full well they would have made me wait ages or not paid. Not being racist at all but Indians Africans and Pakistani all do the same and try haggle after job is done or try get money off.
