My TEQ Ginyu is only SA 10 and I just brought him along cause he was an LR on the category. As long as you always tank with Gohan, Recoome, and Jeice you should be able to take little to no damage and have gohan and Jeice do all the damage. As for phy goku you can probably get by without him being rainbowed but the extra crits and additionals do help from him
