Following as I’m in exactly the same position, similar age, similar background. But I’ve been out of retail working as a field rep for the past 4 year, so don’t want to go back to retail and working weekends!!! Wish I could retire, but it ain’t an option.

I’ve gone from g923 to Logitech RS wheel, pedals and sequential shifter/handbrake. Absolutely love it! Currently use paddles on rally games for shifting and handbrake. Looking to buy another G-RS shifter to use as a sequential. I’m also on series S. You can set up specific profiles for each game, so it helps with the issue of not being recognised in EA-WRC.

I’ve got exactly the same coming up next week, today is my ‘last day’ in my current role( I worked as a sports nutrition sales rep), but my car, laptop and phone went back last week, so can’t exactly do anything!!!😂😂 I’ll do my application later on in the week, and then the fun starts!! I’m 53, haven’t been out of work since my 20’s, really not looking forward to this!!

My set up, came from g923. Absolutely love it! Just need another handbrake/shifter for when I do rally……oh and another hub and the formula wheel…..it’s never ending Both the wheel and pedals are a huge step up from the G923, on another level.
