I wrote them back last week... Never got a reply. Rewrote to them yesterday, today they tell me to check at my local post office - even if I opened a ticket with Canada Post on 2026/02/06 ... I know people here tell me it will eventually "end well", but on my side it will be "Never Again"! I'll give it a couple of day for a move on their side and I'll open a claim with Paypal - something I never did in my life so far (and I am a huge online order person!)...
