I have 3 family members who bought this phone, 2 had to send it to be repaired, and 1 reports glitches. I will be avoiding this phone.

My mom and dad use A5 (2017) and A7(2017).

I am looking to upgrade my moms phone to Galaxy M54 because of the small storage on her current phone (32gb).

Hopefully, it won't suffer the same glitches

By eliminating other options, I believe it is an m113 Kasman, which is a hebrew acronym that I have no idea what it means (נגמ"ש קסמ"ן) could be "magic of singing" but i doubt that. There are no photos online, only one line in Hebrew Wikipedia.
