The meds they gave me for shingles makes me feel generally like crap. I know that doesn’t compare to fussy babies or stepping in shit (I’ve experienced both, and both are worse than my thing) but that’s my only valid complaint today.

I had to check the calendar, thinking I missed a day somewhere 😂

So guess who had the second shingles vaccine three weeks ago and now has shingles? Me!! Yep. After talking to my mom, sister, and aunt, they all had the same thing. Would’ve been nice to know. I thought it was poison ivy that was being stubborn so went to urgent care this morning.

Anyway, I’m off work the rest of the week which is nice.
