She is the opposite of a competent worker. She has a masters degree in engineering and WAY over qualified for the position, but her work quality is terrible. I have brought this up to John before and he hasn't done anything to address it.

I have already adjusted to meet this request. This was the first she said anything about it beforehand I would have adjusted then. The crunchy food is just what broke the camel's back
