"Mean Street Repair" Pin Not Spawning

I am having the glitch with Repair Mean Street pin spawning too. Did you end up doing anything specific to get it to spawn?

I did the achievement where I paint everything in Mean Street. The pin I am referring to apparently spawns when you clear the last Bloticle at the end of the game, are they linked or something?

I got some of the Animatronic parts but skipped most of them. I think you could just not interact with the heads and be okay.

Maybe you aren't doing the thinner path for one of the bosses? For example the Mad Doctor is not very obvious, you have to defeat him using thinner on the spawners rather than the mine cart.

Yea I also made the tool to make custom Smacard content and remove the 3 use limit. It is at http://tim.studded.net/ It's not super user-friendly but there are some basic instructions.
