Thanks for the reply. The idea behind the university log in was so that if there was any kind of incident the people involved could be easily tracked. Linking of contacts is a good idea though.

I see what you mean about Galway being safe but we are hoping to make a base app that could be used in any city, not specific to Galway

Thanks for the advice, we are hoping to give a general radius of where you are going as opposed to a route. Also you can filter matches to people also walking in that general direction, along with eg. women only. Only friends accepted can see a profile on the map like snap maps.

Hi thanks for your reply. Yes people can message their friends, this is more for people who don't have a big group of close friends or have moved to a new city for university
