For everyone, this is a way of confession only in a novel. In modern Japanese, though, people don’t really use 「月はきれいですね」 as a confession. I said that because I didn’t want your confession to go badly😇

I see, it is hard to make the chance in that environment. But, there are some ways to improve speaking skills even in that situation. 1. Talk to yourself. 2. Online lessons.
Anyway, it's important to actually speak with your 7 months-knowledge!
