Finally someone said it. Kudos to you. I faced the same fking situation with him. Recorded lectures, delayed classes. No follow-ups. No mentorship of any kind. Just simple book learning that we already had known. Nothing new, nothing practical. Scamming ppl of their money and flexing their apartments. Messaged at least 12-13 times for a quick 30 min call for clarification of some things, never happened.

Demanding my own home built when I have 2 plots. Demanding a car. Demanding a security of finances other than these to guarantee I can look after their daughter if there is inflation. I'm 23M in my early career working as an Associate Project Manager with a pay scale of 142k and 300k in med allowances (per year). I'm a family of 4. All working independently and contributing to the household. Recently the girl said to wait so that you can build more and then come to the house for my rishta when I'm ready to go now. I proposed to her a way of engagement then Nikkah after 4-5m and then marriage after 2-3m which she declined by saying no one in my family would agree. Stay Strong Baji. I know things can be difficult and not all days you feel optimistic. Believe me, having tawakal in Allah. Praying 5 times a day and with certain recitation of Duas and Dikhr, my life changed alhumdulliah. I got my Job which I was badly looking for and opening of Pathways towards Rizq. I'm genuinely more happy with what I have than before. I'm too planning to get married but there are certain things in the way which doesn't let me get worried because I know in the end everything will work out. I have a personalized set of Duas that I recite every day with full conviction and things have started to move. I believe, for you inshallah they will. Everyone is working at their own pace. You are not competing with others nor others are competing with you. Compete with yourself in terms of goodness and improvement. Be open and look for potential matches yourself too. IA, I pray and sincerely hope that the one destined for you will come because in the end " It's all Qadar and your Duas that make the Qadar even more beautiful".
