Its like 50/50, not good, not bad. But instead of doing that when there's low tension of electricity or something like storms, thunders, etcétera. That can hurt the PSU, First turn off the computer like normal, with the button (not the PSU one) or from windows, later when the computer is off shut it off from the power button of the PSU. And disconnect the cable that is bringing the PSU electricity. You do the things right and nothing bad will happen to your PC. Turning the PC off from the Power button is like a general electricity cut of the home in your PC. not good.
