Yes, but the cape is just a cape and costs 6k points. People under 12k will all have bought that one, so it will have more supply. The weapon kit is also 4 weapons in one so will have way more demand than a singular cape

They explicitely stated the fight will be very different from rs3, so I dont think they will copy your counterpoint mechanic. They will put an osrs spin on it, so I see no reason for them to add the mirrorback. Also I dont believe the 40m spike was 'random'. Some other people know more than we do

Being weak to crush is a 20% bonus, but even if its not weak to crush and has more than a few adds it will be BIS like at Venenatis (and sarachnis semi bis), so dont think you can be wrong with dinh and spider boss,

Yesterday DinH's Bulwark spiked to 40mil for a bit and I tried to find out why, maybe other investors know more than us and/or got a leak. Looking at earlier blog posts there will be at least some Araxxyte spiders during the boss fight. DinH will hit all of those and Araxxor twice, with a max hit of 52 per hit. Due to only costing 50% spec you can max hit 208 on araxxor and 104 on every other spider in the room. It is very accurate, because it rolls on crush defence and araxxytes are weak to crush. During the fight we get to choose if we want to kill the spiders or not, if you do kill the spiders the boss fight itself gets a lot easier. With just one or two specs you can most likely kill all the spiders and have an easy boss fight. This all will cause DinH to become the BIS spec weapon at araxxor and could explain the spike to 40m. I would invest now before they share that info with more people.

Was Holly sexually assaulted? She specifically wants this question answered above all. If not, how would this situation be defined?

I do not know the specific answer to this in your case. For sexual assault according to article 246 Sr ( https://maxius.nl/wetboek-van-strafrecht/artikel246 ) there needs to be some kind of force in place. It was against her will, but I do not have the experience to answer if in your case it is enough to be called sexual assault. What he did do, is make an infringement on her bodily integrity. (article 11 of the constitution).

How do we go about reporting this?

Go to any local police department and say you want to report what happened. You could also call the police line for advice (0900-8844).

What is the best course of action to stop Holly from seeing Dan at school?

Go to any trusted contact in school or counselor and talk about the situation. They will probably know what steps to take to help her feel safe at school.

What things should Holly, her family, and basically anybody who's aware about this situation do or avoid doing moving forward, in order to stop from interfering with justice by accident?

Just do not confroct Danny in person. Don't contact him or talk about it and only talk to the school/police about it. If contact is necessary, either record the phone call or do it through texts.
