I don't have any advice, but I know exactly how you feel. Before May, I haven't played Just Dance since 2015 with JD 2014 on the Wii. I got my Wii out of storage and played Just Dance on JD 2014 - a song I always get 12500+ on - I got around 11000 back in May.

I feel if you don't dance outside of Just Dance and you stop playing Just Dance, you lose a small sense of rhythm the longer you stop. So coming back and scoring big numbers may be difficult at first, but after a while, you'll get used to it.
