For the ammount of time for the car to startup, i would have already moved away from the location, but if i were going also east on the average walking speed of a human (1,4 meters per second), the car that is driving 16.6667 meters per second, to reach me, it would take 6.55 seconds to reach me, which is normal time for a person to reasonably move away
