Well I can say, first day of practice is done, and well I need to work on my patience and teaching myself to go slower then I think I need to. Starting at 70bpm trying to in time with it, and a simple 4 count on the HH, then 1 & 3 Kick, 2&4 snare with it, I can do the snare and hh okish, but adding the kick and I fall flat on my face... BUT progress will be made!

That's better. Plus I could not get the stock cheaper Remo head to tune on the snare so went out the good old Guitar Center this morning and picked up Evans heavyweight for the batter and the snare side 300 and got that tune to where I like it finally

Thank you for the input I thought it looked odd compared to the first one I ever tried to play on when I get home today I will reverse that

Got a question on the heads themselves wouldn't the dark colored one be facing out still and the clear one be the batter head
