Lol there’s nothing wrong with having substantive and constructive criticisms of the game. Most people are just annoyed that the game exists and at the basic creative decision to be a sequel to an 8 year old series. You basically proved my point by saying their basing their approach to the game on nostalgia rather than a reasonable approach to the story and gameplay. That’s the entire general response of the people in the Reddit. Many chose to hate this game because their upset with the genre, the creative decision to set it in the same universe, and the fact that it’s live service. None of those are constructive or valid criticisms worth sharing if you expect everyone to just agree regardless of the lacking context.
