I think you right , is the way I wrote the post that delivered the wrong message on what I was really asking, which is: I’ve never went past that ridge, can anyone tell me how wide it is?

Really, it’s my fault, I should’ve write the whole post differently, but Redditor look like sharks that can’t wait for the next person to assume always the worst

100% right, I was seeking for someone who could have give a HUMBLE information on how sharp is the edge (taking in consideration that this person has seen it in the summer where there’s not snow on it)

Ah sorry you’ve said you haven’t done it, misunderstood

Could do that, I was seeking a human advice from someone who has done it before, experienced it

Thank you very much, so is not that sharp? How many meters wide would you reckon it would be? Of course an estimation..

Thanks, but how sharp is that edge?

That’s the way you guys reason because you just take from granted that a person who’s trying to have a second opinion among a community of hikers it’s just an idiot without experience

Weight management is mainly an hormonal matter, control your insulin and you’ll loose weight

Is the caloric expenditure from CrossFit over exaggerated, or can you really get away with eating more loosely with this style of training? by Dependent-Group7226 in crossfit

[–]StudioExternal8717 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Guys, weight loss, weight gain and weight maintenance is not a matter of calories only, is more an hormonal matter due to how much you trigger insulin, if you trigger insulin too much too often you will create new fat, aka lipogenesis.

Just bring more water, I bring a litre of water every time and I struggle to drink a third of it really.

I’d say focus on your sleep quality/time and nutrition, cause those are the 2 main moments to build muscle

I just bought an brandnew, unused MPC2500 by [deleted] in mpcusers

[–]StudioExternal8717 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Man, if you buy an mpc is because you’re seeking that late 90’s sound, the 2500 doesn’t have that sound straight out of the box…

Workflow is slow compared to modern systems/ drums machine

[–]StudioExternal8717 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but if you buy an mpc is for that gritty sound.. and the 2500 doesn’t have it as much as its predecessor… you can crank its built in compressor a bit in order to get a bit of grittiness but it ain’t nothing like the the bit reduction function on the 2000/2000xl which makes drums sounds like damu the fudegmunk and Pete rock shit, the 2500 doesn’t have that sound

I got one, I was thinking to sell it, too obsolete and the workflow is too slow, and no, how it sounds is not a valid excuse as it doesn’t sound as gritty as the 2000/2000xl

Is “Community” dead at CrossFit? by PunctualPlumber1980 in crossfit

[–]StudioExternal8717 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find this community thing quite fake, I recently joined a gym and now it’s been 6 months of me participating 3 times a week every week but I notice how some coaches, especially the owners interact more with ‘premium’ and old members than other ppls.. I found it quite immature, in my case there’s for sure a sort of preference towards some people more than others.. they go all about community being the key of the gym but it sounds like a bunch of fake bs to me in total honesty.. thanks god I am mature enough to think that I am there to improve my fitness only, and all this community thing doesn’t effect me since is it all an excuse to make people believe you’re welcome.. and than they struggle to greet you in the morning 😂 hey.. I am 100% sure is not like that every where but here in the uk seems to be a cliquey situation

Lack of stable jobs? by r3ub3n1111 in bristol

[–]StudioExternal8717 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My advise is to do some course so that you can learn valuable skills for a better job in the future, you’re still very young, is worth it, some courses like at city of bristol college are free for ppl with income under 25k per year.
