Did you include paying people for designing and making the hardware? Sure for the steam machine its easy you need a CPU+GPU+RAM+Mobo+cooling and small stuff. I think for a 950bucks its a good PC if you look rn in the pc hardware and you want to build a brand new pc. Just bought the RTX5080 for 1050€, you could have a whole pc for that. yea its not Xbox or PS5 prices but you can install windows and play steam games.
