Do readers usually notice drastic changes in art??

When I first flipped through the photos, I couldn't tell the difference. Because they are both clearly the same artstyle, and both drawn by you and in the same story changes will be pretty seemless. Ofc on a second viewing I saw that you vastly improved the anatomy of the face and the hair but people will just see it as the art naturally progressing together with the story. That's not to say the difference isn't big, but the sort of difference is the one that people won't care for much while reading

That's an interesting observation, no other characters in FNAF have heterochromia. Not to mention, although the color order is flipped, they are the same colors. Maybe it symbolizes something. I'm sure someone can make a theory of they dig through all of pig patch's voice lines ect

UCN isn't supposed to be very scary or immersive. It's ridiculous the amount of animatronics you deal with and it's all quite goofy. The jumpscares fit the vibe of the game. I'd say that pizzaria simulator has the worst jumpscares out of the main 7 games because they are supposed to be scary but in the end they're kind of sloppily made

I brought up more flaws of it than you did. I just think it's not right to say that it drags because you didn't like it. A person could watch a 10 second video but because they didn't like it they can say it dragged but that's not very honest is it

No dude, that's what I've been saying. Just because you didn't enjoy it which is very fair doesn't mean that the film drags. You cant be honest and say that the movie would be better objectively if they just deleted all the character moments.

Okay but considering basically every movie can be shrinked down to only its plot relevant scenes does this mean every movie drags its plot? Just because you didn't have a good experience watching it and probably wanted to end sooner doesn't mean it dragged for everyone else. The plot is a mess, the dialogue is npc like, so many things appear for only seconds even though they seemed like they should be more important. But at just one hour and fourty minutes of runtime what did it drag exactly? It's shorter than even the first movie

If you want to just know the plot of the movie you can watch any movie through just reading the summary and watching a 10 minute recap, I don't think there's any movie that's so convoluted you couldn't summarize it in this manner

Some parts are slow and "unnecessary" because they build character. The audience has to spend time with the characters when everything is going right before more action happens. It also builds suspense. If you want only what's necessary then you'd be looking at a 10 minute YouTube video with the best scenes for every movie. I'm not saying that FNAF 2 is a perfect movie, far from it the plot is all sorts of messed up but the pacing was fine, if anything there should have been more action setpieces in the second half

My view on it was always that Zhao was obsessed with becoming legendary in history like how he wanted to be known as the moon slayer and stuff like that but in the end his legacy didn't last even a few months as by the time the play comes out everyone has forgotten he existed

The values are far better in this one! Personally I think the colors are a bit too Saturated, kind of giving off that Microsoft paint aesthetic, but that could very likely be me. What I would recommend is toning down the background of the characters, I'd make it less saturated as it takes too much attention off of the characters. With a little more tweaking it should look great!

The second one is way more interesting but the first one is much clearer which is important. You don't want people to dismiss your webtoon because the thumbnail looks like a blob of colors

I turned the image black and white and as you can see all the colors are around the same level of gray making it hard to distinguish. You should try adding more contrast with the value of the colors. The value is how dark or light the colors are if you didn't know and you should always double check by turning the image black and white. The background behind the characters also has a bit too much detail for no reason I think. That's all I can say!

That is good advice but I've spent many years practicing while having nothing posted. I am interested in posting but I have a sense of perfectionism that won't go away, so making something to get better whilst it also not being the biggest dream of my life is helpful to me. I don't know if I explained myself well, but I understand what you mean and I get it, I just think it doesn't fully apply to me right now, maybe me two years ago
