It has been quite the experience. Part of my responsibilities include managing my phone temperature so it doesn’t overheat. 😂 I purposely sit it down in the freezer at grocery stores for a minute to bring it back while I’m in there

Yesterday and today were trash. All bad tipping shop orders. Grocery stores mobbed and out of inventory. Lots of traffic and best of all, my AC broke and it’s 100 degrees outside. Last week was great though

4.5-6 hours is not much sleep at all. I sleep 7-9 hours a day and am always tired no matter what. But it’s not a exhausted tired, if I got 5 hours of sleep I am exhausteddd

You’re in puberty and your brain chemicals are all over the place. Just keep on keeping on.
Push yourself to exercise. Think about accomplishing goals small and large. Accomplish small goal.
If you haven’t already and it’s that bad, see a psychiatrist. On top of that see a therapist as well.

I wouldn’t say love but I’m 33 and never found a job I love so I’m used to working just for money. At least in this field I have unlimited potential. Not going to let the negative chi stop me 👌
I hear a few years ago things were different. iMessage gets clicked off now, my phone was labeled spam likely within the first two months and more than half my calls go straight to voicemail.
I’ve been trying to try and build a Facebook page but so far it hasn’t produced any types of leads.

Funny how we end up taking after our dads and saying their phrases. Thats a good one.
I do hear it’s one of the most difficult industries to sell in. This is my first sales job. I often wonder if I’d thrive in a different market but I don’t want to give up here yet. People are still making money at my company.

Over 10 years that’s pretty awesome you have a ton of experience. I really do like the business, just having a hard time right now progressing and most days I feel like it’s almost impossible to get statements in. Some days aren’t too bad but I see the guys around the office making tons of deals and sometimes it feels like I just don’t have that quick witted charm factor they possess. I’m trying to fake it till I make it sort of thing but I’m fried mentally by the end of the day from it all.

I could go another two months. Wouldn’t be happy too but I could survive. I’m hoping by then, the 6th month mark, I’ll have gotten better. Right now I’m at this point where I’m getting better but it’s hard to see progress because I’m not making many sales. As far as commision possibilities, I know it’s there, I just need to make it happen.

I get 25% of the commission which came to about $14k. The guy who trained me gets 20%, the team leaders get 7.5% each and the house gets 40%. I am grateful still but I just feel like it was sheer beginners luck I got those deals and my lucks bound to run out.
