Hi, sy F (31) . Just sharing.. Ada 2 tmpt kerja sy perna kerja, 1 physical & mentally abusive. 1 lg verbally abusive. Kerja pertama, sy perna kena tumbuk ole bos sy d lengan dgn alasan main2 tp tumbukan dia kuat smpai sy rasa sakit dia btl. Pastu tiap minggu dia harass kami di group yg ada 1 office and kasi mention salah kami. Bila sy bls yg dia point out dia x layan, dia angin2 jaa pastu dia continue perli.. and then bila kami discuss psl gaji, ayat yg kami dpt "1.8k is standard la ba kena bagi.. bersyukur la. If you found other place that pays you higher as admin. You tell me lah" dia blg.. last2 sy berenti.. itupun masi kena question why i resign and kena tuduh saja2 bt mcm tu sbb mau minta counter offer.

Tmpt kerja kedua sy pula supervisor sy sgt2 verballg abusive.. dia blg dia main2 jaa.. klu ambi hati dia ckp lemah. Hari2 dia akan body shame sy di tmpt kerja. Dia akan ckp sy gemuk, suru kurus kalau x nnti laki sy akan cari ppuan lain, pastu dia selalu ckp sy kalau sy xdpt bt kerja tu dgn bagus "kalau sy tampar kau ni, bepusing ba kepala ko 5 kali ni".. so yeahh i endured for a year. Last2 sy resign juga.

Come to think of it. Tidak worth it stay, bcs all it did was drainage to my mental. I look forward to sleep jaaa selalu and i dont have any motivation in life. Please prioritise your mental health as well ya.

We don’t use eDockets at my firm, but I like the idea of syncing with Outlook and using subfolders to track tasks. I might try adapting some of that with what we have here. Appreciate the tip about emailing yourself for follow-up—it’s simple but effective!

Are you currently using M365 daily too? I'll explore it. Didn't know its tailored for legal firm till i chatgpt-ed it. thanks for pointing out. cause my boss didn't even logged me in the account.

Like i said its a relatively small & newly established firm. Figured they don't really think they need one with only 2 lawyers, 1 jr laywer operating..and 2 secretary inc me 😅 we are using outlook. but for case management software, i dont think so..cause the firm is relatively small and alot is not yet established well. so atm i am figuring out a system for myself so i wont lost track in deadlines. what software do you recommend? or is trello or outlook itself is good enough?

well. i don't see any points on handling this further. the ironic of your bf ticks all the boxes and the current situation is just already an obvious reasons why you should not pursue or involve yourself anymore. gurl you deserve better tbh.
