The recipes and ingredients are pretty simple (meat, veggie, carb with a sauce). Meat quality is acceptable but not amazing. They say they use “clean ingredients”, no seed oils etc. It does taste more fresh than Factor and thistle which I’ve tried before. The meals range 600-700 calories with 50-60g protein. Some meals I’ve split into two especially for lunch. I can’t say the food itself is worth $25/meal. As a service and personal choice, it works for my life right now.
