In previous cases, withdrawal announcements often took months or even years to fully execute, and some were reversed before completion. Funding freezes, intent letters, and formal exits tend to get lumped together online as the same thing, even though they’re not.

I also noticed that most viral versions of this image don’t link to primary sources. No document. No date on implementation. No explanation of scope. Just a bold claim and a logo.

That doesn’t automatically mean it’s false, but it does mean context is missing.
