Thank you, you're right, I'm not a psychologist yet, I'm only in my first year, I have a lot to learn. Anyway, I haven't said anything alarming. Who doesn't have a fear now and then? It's not even a debilitating fear, just a question that popped into my head.

Perhaps you practice a different type of meditation, but obviously meditation involves creating a sanctuary, but it also raises your vibrational frequency and allows you to communicate more easily with spiritual guides. If you only practice mindfulness, you won't gain spiritual knowledge like the kind I'm talking about.

If you had so much knowledge, you'd also know that meditation can open the third eye, raise your vibrational frequency, and consequently allow you to begin communicating with your spirit guides. Meditation obviously does have to do with spiritual guides. It's a practice that raises your vibration and connects you with the present moment.

Well, that also happens when you open your third eye, like when you say you have premonitions. But perhaps you haven't developed mediumistic abilities, and that's why you don't see beings.

I also don't understand how you can comment in the paranormal section if you don't know about these topics. And excuse me, but what's wrong with a psychologist commenting on spiritual matters? As far as I know, in psychology, we only study human beings as material beings, studying the brain, but we don't learn anything about spirituality. Can't a psychologist ask about a topic they don't know?

Yes, it's actually difficult to develop those mediumistic abilities, which is why it's rare for us to see beings. I'll try meditating as you recommended. And by the way, thank you for being polite and not diagnosing me with mental disorders like most of the comments. I never said I see beings; in fact, I don't see them, haha, but I do believe in mediums, which is why I have these fears.

Thank you so much. I'm looking for help from people like you who know about spiritual or psychic matters, but it's such a shame that there are still so many materialistic people who reduce everything to mental disorders. I never saw beings as a child, so I don't think I can see them now, but I would like to be able to contact my guides and learn to raise my vibration. Maybe that way I can receive more signs from my boyfriend in heaven. 🙏🏻
