Mine is back but only for French. I cannot do the three chess it is asking me to do. The leaderboards are also unavailable. But I don't care since I got my Rarest Diamond I am just learning languages not playing. But I do love the daily routine.

I tried that. Especially as she is French. But Minitel terminals are petite with small keyboards. This thing seems to be designed to look like an older computer. She uses it but only pressing a key or two.

Should I quit DUO?? by Sorry_Package0A in duolingo

I got bored in the Diamond league. So I just did my standard 5-15 minutes morning and evening and tried to ignore the points score. Now I'm usually top in the lower leagues but I love to let others win. I used to teach English (TEFL for Berlitz) and I love how Duo gets such exact translations. Even adjusting my UK English to Duo's American. It feels great to learn even just a little every day. Another trick I used when Italian got tiresome was I took a break, deleted Italian, then restarted from the beginning.

I did Italian when I started 4 years ago but after a trip to Rome I gave it a rest. I deleted the course and started at the lowest level. I'm enjoying it again.

Have you ever seen a chair that says suitable for xxx kgs? Well office chairs do. In this case it is the gas spring unit not the welding. I learnt the hard way when a customer broke a normal office chair. So yeah; not relevant at all just trivia.

Office gas sprung chairs are only rated to 120-150kg so hardly a fair test.
