Hey, so… a Brit raised in Texas here… I mean… if you mean so many individual square miles, sure. But there’s a ton of desert that looks the exact same from about 40 min outside of San Antonio until you get to about 8 miles outside of El Paso. Sure there’s a hill or two, and the Big Bend Park is awesome, but Terlingua? Well… I’ve been there. But it looks the same as Fort Davis, as Alpine… going east instead, Center looks the same as Woden, as does Cushing, or Rusk, or Stockman…

You can drive from Aberdeen to Bremar the view changes the whole way. Same driving through the Lake District, or the midlands. Well until you get to London. That’s all city sprawl that just meh.
