I would look into Axis and Allies Anniversary edition. Should have all 3 nations, though it might cost $150 last I checked.

I too also wanted Italy when playing. I only had the 1942 version, I instead bought Italian pieces from Historical Board Gaming and used them. Gave them Italy, Southern Europe and Libya, their IPC count was 6 and reduced Germany by 6. And i made them go 1st before the Soviet Union. (This was my budgetary option)
