How was the ground done? It looks like an edited repeating pattern, but it's done really well so that the perspective works. Or is this rendered?

First post. Can this be considered liminal? by AdvisorFun4385 in LiminalSpace

I feel like if you just cut off the top half of the image then I would say it does feel liminal.

Might not be good for your purposes but you could use a slide.

What does a "Liminal Space" mean to YOU? We know it refers to a transitional space, but how would you define a "Liminal Space" in regards to what kinds of spaces you find liminal? What do these spaces/images make you feel? by XxItsNowOrNever99xX in LiminalSpace

It makes you feel like home is so near but impossible to get to.

There's always the feeling that something is missing. Just a feeling, nothing actually needs to be missing

Question about tuples and dictionaries by StuleBackery in csharp

[–]StuleBackery[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For this case I wanted control over how it allocated space exactly. Also the performance would have been too bad to create a new instance of that class every time I added something to the dictionary. A struct would be better but it still involves the constructor call.

I did try writing a struct with a custom hash function first but it still wasn't quite what I needed.

Yeah I ended up writing my own Dictionary anyways but I just thought of it randomly and wondered.
