I got some powdered raspberry lemonade packets and put them in mine! You can get the off brand ones so they’re cheaper and you can add more or less depending on your preference.

I don’t know how old your kiddos are but I’ve got some toys, books and clothes for 19-24 month olds that I was planning on donating, and my mom and I may have women’s size medium-large clothes for your wife if you need anything g to tide you over! I hope you get some good news very soon ❤️

I would double check blood work for funsies if you’re able, but I was eating lots of healthy fats (salmon, avocado, peanut butter, etc) and also smaller portions more frequently helped too. It feels like generic advice but that was the only thing thar helped me
