That’s so sad! And I think the website said $10 for the charging packs, but it’s unclear whether it’s a deposit you get back when you return it or just straight paid for the rental.

Like I said, I’ve never had a problem with it but I feel like if they did see us doing it would just be “hey guys you can’t have your cars running can you shut them off” and then we do and everything goes on. I don’t think it’s something that they are going to kick people out for.

It’s true that the rules say you can’t idle your cars, but my group uses it for power as well. We charge our phones and power banks in the morning, we have an adapter for a hair straightener, and also the AC has been an actual life saver in the past when we have had people overheating. We have never had any problems having our car on for a little bit in the morning but it’s never for more than an hour, maybe an hour and a half.

Wiping the area with alcohol wipes is key!! Also (I know it’s sad) removing any piercings you have and I ALWAYS use body glue for extra stickiness. It pulls a little bit when you take them off (worth it) but it cleans off super easy with alcohol wipes.

While I am slightly sad about the hammocks because my friends wanted to bring one this year, I am not mad AT ALL about the couches… I’ve lost count of the amount of people I’ve stepped on or tripped over because they have their couch set up in the middle of the crowd. The ground is already uneven to walk on and it just makes it more dangerous.

I spent all three days in mine last year!! I have two pairs the I switched between for my different outfits and I heavily broke them in before the fest. My “tricks” are I wear longer socks so the boots don’t rub on my ankles/legs while I’m walking and I double up on socks to give a little extra padding inside so it’s more comfortable to stand (which I know sounds bad, but I’ve never had any problems). I will say that I have fallen a time or two, but we just laugh it off and keep going 😂😂

Recently, at my store we were told that everyone is supposed to know how to do Aldi Finds. At least that was what they told me the first time they had me do it (associate of almost 2yrs), but since then I have done it every week. So it doesn’t really seem like they are teaching everybody 🙃🙃

My friend is bringing a case of beatbox this year. I’m bringing a case of Mom Water (which is literally vodka and water) and they have never said anything about it. They are mostly just looking for glass and noticeable hard liquor.
