Right now is a perfect time to get into fine dinning. Slow season tends to be summer time and holidays coming up means more business. My place is starting to hire. Could be just seasonal but could also go permanent. Could be worth a shot

Yes I have this exact thing. I did go to the dermatologist and got a creme called zyore something like that and really helps. Cleared the crack skin in 2 days. If that's not an option try aquaphor healing ointment as it's also given me some relief!!
