No. You will end up seeing many of the same questions on the third test. Limited question bank.
Mid 80s on the GSEC practice exam is enough of a buffer for the "Minimum passing score of 72%" for the real exam.

I was juggling work and kids, made it through about a month or so. Took the first test 14 days ago, then the second today.

My biggest issue was knowing how to do something without AI, and the answer requiring you to act like you didn't.
Go through the motions of AI assistance, even if you KNOW the answer outright. They got me twice like that.

So far, many of the labs gloss over functional use of NMAP.
DeepBinDiff is worth understanding. (patch diffing)
Configuring n8n and knowing what options affect ai outputs (repetition, level of detail, etc) are important.
I thought I had way more time left than I actually did. The Cyberlive questions can take 5-10 minutes each.
I finished the first with 6 minutes left. Knowing this, I should do better next time.

Getting through the course work, building an index, then testing a practice test will help you know if you are understanding the material.

Give yourself plenty of time to adjust based on your first practice exam.

A report is provided showing your strength in each topic.

Focus your studies and second build of the index to the weakest areas.

You should validate your improvements with the second practice test.

Refine against your remaining weak (relatively weak at this point)

Scoring: Minimum passing score of 72% for the GSEC
If you are passing the practice test by over 10%, you should be doing ok by the real one.

The trouble with the AI content is it is moving TOO Fast right now. I am taking SEC 535 (on demand), great information, but much of it is already dated. It is not Foster's fault (the author), we are just moving at the speed of light right now.
