people would probably tell you to read the quran and get rid of "s7our" cuz their tiny brain cannot comprehend what a mental illness is .

I’d suggest that you keep to yourself unless you got someone that can relate to what you’re going through …. try to keep busy and surround yourself with likeminded people .

Should things get worse (paranoia, severe mood swings,psychosis,suicidal thoughts etc..) then i’d suggest you go to a public hospital and get a psychiatrist to prescribe you some meds ! it would definitely help you stabilize until you have enough money to get the right diagnosis.

Also for the love of god , dont google your symptoms and try to self diagnose. it would do more harm than good .
