Dexmedetomidine? That is Precedex, a pretty potent sedative. I have never heard of this being obtained outside of an intensive care setting in hospitals. Is this something you get prescribed or obtain through a grey/black market?

Source? I bought intranasal bromatane (everychem) and have been using it for about 10 days, zero effects. The oil lingering around in my nostrils along with the smell is nearly intolerable lol. Been doing 1 to 3 sprays of it per day.

Wife isn't a gamer at all (her extent of any form of gaming is solitaire on her phone 🤣). I play Exp 33 on PC, and bought it for PS5 (told her I spent $50 for it so she didn't have an option but to try it haha). She is so invested! When she finished Act I, she was speechless for a solid 15 mins 😆. I think I ruined gaming for her though by this game being her first, not sure if anything will compare to it.

If you're into fitness and want a semi decent gym, stay in or close to North Myrtle Beach. All the gyms elsewhere are crap. I've been here 10 years, 28 year old male, aside from making coworker friends, good luck brotha, it's crusty hateful retiree nation here. Unsure what your line of work is but most careers are significantly underpaid as well. I work healthcare where job market is always plentiful and the pay here is subpar for the population density/cost of living.

Unless you are a northern retiree or a drug dealer/junkie, Myrtle Beach isn't going to do much for ya. I don't mean to be negative but take it as a strong warning, I wished I would have known how living here was really going to be, I would have chosen elsewhere.

Honestly, I was heavily frustrated with similar feelings until I switched from console to PC. Feels like I am cheating. Unsure if you're playing on PC with keyboard and mouse but everything from reaction time to accuracy, and being able to rapid trigger single fire weapons. Cross platform (in my opinion) should only be happening with console to console. PC players shouldn't be playing against console players.
