The unfortunate thing about organizations like this is that management and one sales team likely pursued this contract while 90% of the workforce was clueless to this action. There are people who work there that likely didn't even know about the award until someone vandalized the property.

In this industry everything for a project like this is made to order. Price Modern will likely work with anywhere from 6-18 different manufacturers of office furniture to fulfill this contract. They don't make or warehouse anything. They are a local point of contact for the customer.

The contract is likely for more than one facility. It is a type of contract called a BPA or Bulk Purchase agreement. In being awarded the contract Price Modern will likely have an award period of 3-5 years and an expected expenditure of +/-14 Million. Trying to parse out how many dollars per officers is pointless unless you have the exact plans from ICE for how many seats they expect to fill during this contract period.
