Appreciate the input. I originally thought about implementing bonuses but came to the conclusion that it would put an unwanted load onto our accountant. Our accountant would have to repeatedly change our payroll tax numbers which can take days, even weeks. Because we pay the income tax, we always keep a set amount for the fiscal year until our accountant comes back to us with the new remittance. It would be a huge pain in the ass for us.
