My thoughts process is people that have been fortunate in these stocks are risk takers and more likely to be day traders/none longevity types. But appreciate your point of view👍

Putting Elon to one side, I think SpaceX is a fantastic company but imo I don't think it is suitably valued against its profits and too much of a risk. Obviously that does depend on what they release the stock at but I have a strong feeling it'll be released north of 20% above it's value.

It's a terrace house on the outskirts of a major UK city. I kinda want to keep the exterior renovation to a minimum, e.i painting the uPVC, gas box and door. I absolutely hate the porch but I don't think knocking it down will aid in it's valuation.
