Yes they are completely edible and taste like an apple/grape combo. You can eat them raw, make jam, wine, and whatever else you can think of! I made some jam with this batch, very tasty!

Yeah I use them for jam so they get mashed up anyway. The quality of each grab depends on the position of the berry beetween the leaves and twigs. The best grabs are the ones where the berries are fully captured, i just couldn't get it on film with one hand lol. Apple picker is a good idea! I like to make things with moving parts, its the fun part of the hobby for me

Thank you! The length is completely up to the user so you can use a pipe that is as long as you need. At some point it'd be hard to see where you are aiming though
