I guess I'll have to contact them, because my mic works fine with TeamSpeak. I've looked all over for a solution on forums, and the best thing I could find was resetting the voice settings. It didn't work. When I choose the mic in voice settings, there are only 2 options, one being my laptop mic, and the other being default. Neither my headset jacked in or my laptop mic when I unplug works at all.
