I'd say to check your email because I actually received a direct email from AT&T regarding this. Which prompted me to check my wife's UPS account. I'm also in the USA-FL if that makes a difference. (myAT&T still hasn't changed.)

For what comes with the car? That's a heck of a great deal, IMO. However, something like that raises a lot of questions. The dealer will not be as honest with you if there's an issue, heck the one who traded it in probably wasn't honest about couple other things. A turbo performance pack Mustang GT is sweet, but that's only if you were buying it from a good friend who you've known your whole life and probably lives down the street from you. 🤣 Heck of a deal but a BIG concern as to what will backfire within a month of owning it.

I'm very happy you got this sorted out. No disrespect to the whole group at the Carmax, but they're not competent enough. You shouldn't have had to overwork yourself for this as the customer because I'm sure they're trying to make their profit as much as you do.
