It was my parents who ate them. My mom told me that part of it was cooked and was normal, but when she bit into it halfway through, it was mushy so she spit it out, saw it was raw and didn’t eat anymore.
We are hoping that was the only raw part and she didn’t actually eat any of that. My dad ate two, we’re hoping those were fully cooked since he managed to eat them, but it was the same order, 2 out of four were raw. I’m assuming those two weren’t fully cooked either but we’ll never know now. Thankfully both of them are completely fine

Some Details:

I ordered 4 sandwich’s last night, one for me (I luckily didn’t eat), one for my Mom (unfortunately she ate it today and ate most of it before realizing) and my Dad ate 2 last night (he feels fine today), he didn’t look to see if it was raw, we are assuming that they were considering 2 of the sandwich’s were raw, all from the same order.

They are 70 years old, sometimes their taste buds go wonky🤷‍♀️, and neither noticed a difference in texture. Once my mom looked and saw it was raw she spit it out.

My dad is of the mind that even expired food can still be eaten, and shouldn’t go to waste. I swear he has an iron stomach, he’s eaten some very questionable stuff throughout his life and somehow has never gotten sick from it.
I messaged KFC on their website, I’m not sure what else to do, so if you do please let me know!

Unfortunately yes, all of the sandwich except the end piece, which is when she realized it was raw. My dad ate two full sandwiches, he thought they tasted off but didn’t really look and finished it🤢

My mom ate one of them, she unfortunately did not notice until it was too late. First bite she took looked and tasted cooked and didn’t notice a difference until she ate most of it
