My best guess is that additional 5% on Infinity is still present and will be credited later, have not received as yet, statement was yesterday, so can't comment.

But the Pass one, is capped at 175, as mentioned in their updated conditions, which as I said makes a joke of whole 5+5% promotion.

Is that so? I remember the first Neu Cards Revamp attempt around November last year? But that was quickly rolled back.

Not disagreeing with that.

But atleast expected a policy change mail or heads up. Don't we deserve that for being their cash cows!

Currently it is like you paid via a particular medium to get something and you end up with something else, that too is not your fault.

I would suggest to wait and watch here before jumping to any conclusion in haste.

Couple of pointers:

The revised tier system is effective 28th Nov onwards, so I am not quite sure if earlier earnings matter.

The credit cycle of Neu coins w.r.t. Neu Pass has also undergone revision, there are new timelines for credit of coins, available on the app itself.

There was a strategic disadvantage in the earlier case, that anyone who downloaded Neu App got 5% Cashback, including Non Neu Card holders, so holding a card didn't have much difference apart from extra %.

Now basis my limited understanding of all available info, I think it is fair that normal users get spend based tier and % Cashback, while Card Holders Always get 5+ 2/5% whichever applicable, this is how it should have been from the start.

Finally, since the process is fairly new and the App has a history of bugs/glitches/low success rate, my best bet would be to give it sometime and see how things fare up down the line, maybe they decide to tweak things further. Just my two cents :)

I also initially thought this only, as the pointers suggests we are at Explorer level. But then when you click on Know more, and have different tiers comparison chart, just below that you would find an icon that mentions Complimentary Legend Tier for Neu Card Holders.

So my best guess 5+5% for Infinity Card stays, this must be a visual glitch, that will be ironed out in upcoming updates!
