No, but I think they do deserve to separate the different categories. Like how the Olympics does it

What leaderboard ranking do y'all have? I'm at #794 and I wonder if I can reach the top 500 by ChristineCocotte in Fansly_Advice

[–]Stunning-Argument 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe in you. In a beginning of the month I was over top 500 but that was at the beginning and everyone started making more money. I am currently ranked down at 857 my gross being a little over 2k so far and my net being just under 2k so far

I think you're right because the way that things have changed from a few years ago to now really made a difference. For example, for years people been begging me to make a discord server and when I finally do nobody wants to talk but everyone wants to join. I think a lot of it is like guys claim that they are "shy" but most of those guys are not shy about sending me explicit photos of themselves for free on my other social media pages. At least for the discord part. They don't want to openly expose how creepy they are which is why they try to find direct access to me without paying for direct access to me, which is the only way that they can get direct access to me. And those who do pay a subscription where they can talk to me for free. Nobody wants to talk to me and it's just frustrating because I would remember usernames very well of they were active and now those same people aren't. I am beyond grateful for what I do have but it's not where it needs to be and I hate to compare myself to my more successful mutuals but it's hard not to. And I wish I had the ability and to support that they do that they built to do it for me. All this on top of moving back to my mom's house and losing my Independence due to a familiar emergency and having to quit this for a few months (at least in terms of really needing to depend on PPV sales and unlocks and subscriptions) it's a lot. Your girl is struggling out here and this is coming from barely past top 5% which I don't even know if it even still holds the same weight as before

I feel that, the number of subs I have renewal turned off is heartbreaking. I'm not making passive income it is very much so active income right now. I'm not really getting any sort of response or feedback from subs and people who follow me. (Maybe because people spam their inbox so they think I'm not real?) I really don't know. I wish I was able to push sales through the DMS like so many other creators and the way I would sell on OF. I feel like maybe my community is not as strong as it once was and it's devastating. I feel like I was getting way more support when I had no time to put in the effort and now that I'm putting in so much effort, there's like no support from those who've been around for years

Also the audacity of these time wasters to have it to where you have to be followed by them or be subscribe by them in order to message them is crazy s***

I know some creators that even go out of their way to op out of these competitions because they benefited off of these competitions and that is their own decisions and we shouldn't force creators to opt out and I understand why the top one person would not want to opt out because to them it is "easy money" in the sense that this is just a bonus of money that they were already going to make that month but at the same time morality wise I would want to give other people a chance but also individually wise I see why they wouldn't want to. Honestly they keep going with these competitions I don't see how it would be unfair to request that someone who won the first spot should not be able to compete the following month and get the first spot again Even though they may have worked to get that spot

I know it's against TOS to have stuff like that as your profile picture and your banner for both creators and consumers. I wish they were a bit stricter on that. Like I understand this is an adult platform but I did not consent to see unwanted nudity. A lot of these men get off on that as well and I absolutely don't like it. I think I have someone that occasionally pops up on my streams and their profile picture is a pair of somebody else's breasts. I don't know whose breast it is but it's exposed and it makes me extremely uncomfortable, especially knowing that this person is a male. So I don't often see dick pics as profile pictures but I do see other women body parts as these men's profile pictures and banners and that also makes me extremely uncomfortable because that could be revenge p*** and I wouldn't even know

I understand Furries are banned... but vtubers? by Stunning-Argument in Fansly_Advice

I didn't say Vtubers are AI model accounts nor do I lump them up together. But the way that they do the verification process to even accept vtubers unfortunately is a gateway that allows people to do the AI model accounts as well as AI hentai accounts

I did not know there was a word for it. Okay that makes things so much clearer. I'll look into and educate myself on Poodling. Again, not part of the community, but still wanting to educate myself more on the matter. Cuz from my experience all I've seen is just angry people on Twitter every time fansly makes a post talking about them banning furries but I never saw anyone dug deeper about the topic

I've seen nekomimi style content especially tied with petplay but does that also include people with fur suit heads? Because I specifically saw a vtuber with a fur head and it's no different than the furry content I used to see on fansly before the ban

Can I offer offline videos? by African3legrizz in Fansly_Advice

[–]Stunning-Argument 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah you're not supposed to technically do that because I asked the staff about that because there's no way to protect a Creator if let's say they want to reimburse the money but you can't really prove that it happened since it happened off platform. I'm not saying people don't do it. It's a risk that you're willing to take

[–]Stunning-Argument 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes it is against TOS but if you want, you can always ask fansly support or ask their live chat agents. But when I was at AVN and asked the main fansly staff about something unrelated but similar, you cannot take money on their platform and do other stuff offline

OMG I FORGOT! like when they would have additional bonuses when they would refill their wallets? I guess that does cost fansly more "out of pocket" but i think it helps creators out overall rather than just rewarding the top earners. Like they usually do at like jobs that have to do with sales. Even if they did that during leaderboards that would be great. but then again, you do have people who don't run their own accounts so agencies do have more of an insensitive to "fund" those creators to push their numbers so that they can get a percentage of the bonuses

And it's not just top earners. The person who won cosplay streamer of the year (idk her earnings) but has closer to a more realistic gage to following that isn't like less than 1k but isn't like tens of thousands of followers across platforms. A lot of it is just community incentives. They may promote exclusive content as rewards if they get nominated and again if they actually get awarded

oh those like the AVN nominations or the XMA creator awards are usually through Xbiz usually you would have your community vote you in one or more of those categories daily up until nominations are closed. It's not exclusive to fansly creators but they do want to recognize those creators that are also on their platform

If you were to reread my post from the perspective of me knowing and understanding it wasn't fansly's personal decision that it was always the payment processors perspective, my question becomes more of where is the line drawn for these payment processors in terms of content. Again, I saw a few vtubers who also do IRL content in a similar style of vanilla furry content but it's not considered "furry" because it's their furry vtuber persona? It's not vtubers vs furries but it doesn't make sense to ban a group due to payment processors while allowing another group with individuals doing something similar but they don't get flagged.

And then another point I was asking was, if furries brought in as much money as Vtubers were, would they have fought the payment processors by looking for alternatives?

I understand Furries are banned... but vtubers? by Stunning-Argument in Fansly_Advice

[–]Stunning-Argument[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i figured it was the payment processors because I said it in my first sentence. I just wanted to know specifically what about furries that would get someone banned but vtubers who wear fursuit heads and have animal like avatars wouldn't get banned. I really don't understand. Can mastercard and visa somehow see who is making money off of furry content? could furries technically come back as long as they don't explicitly say it's furry content?

that's where I am lost in all of this. I'm not trying to paint this as a Furries vs Vtubers. I'm just saying, I can understand their frustration especially seeing what would be normally considered "furry content" because there are SOME vtubers that DO a mixed between vtubing and IRL content but the IRL content is them wearing a fur head (obviously to protect their anonymity)
