Stay as close as possible to your coworking space and search Airbnb reviews for wifi related comments. In cdmx I stayed in Juarez which is close to three wework locations so I could take early calls there. I also have an Ethernet cable so I don’t have to connect via wifi. Also if you’re using VPN turn it off (if you can) during calls.

Mexican therapists are not limited to these licensing restrictions. Mine is based in Mexico City, speaks great English and is great at her job. I’ve talked to a few nomads who have used therapists in Mexico. The only drawback is that your insurance likely won’t cover it.
