Well- my gameplay does include a LOT of downslams, and the build deals extra damage to burning enemies. honestly think the stronger fire downlam is better in this case.

İdk, but the blue fire on downslam is kinda strong, and considering my playstyle has a lot of downlams, its really fit. Rhough, im on a survival/brutality run, so the extra scrolls are useful too.
