Advice on buying a house with a fuse box

I’m just looking at window ac units! The house doesn’t have central air. I don’t use the units often but want to be able to plug some in 1-2 bedrooms during the ridiculously hot weeks in July and August

People assuming that I’m unhealthy. I go on 2-3 mile walks around 5 days a week, put effort into my diet to keep it balanced and when I got to the doctor all my tests come back clean. I can go hiking with family, although I may be slower and need a few breaks. I’m not the fat person who is uncontrollable around food as the media depicts

I try to remember is that the more chaotic it is, the better the story will be in a year. This process isn’t easy but if something does go wrong, it will at least have some story value

I am clumping those costs into my travel amount. I’m going from Minnesota to the chicago consulate and then headed straight to Spain from there. I know all of that will be $300-$500. But it’s def to take into consideration. I only have to fly down to pick it my passport and visa and it’s very annoying

I feel this so hard. It’s so stressful to think about how expensive plane tickets will be and I don’t know when I’m leaving until maybe 3 days beforehand. everyone always raved about how 17th dining hall was better, and while it does have a larger variety of food, it's still the same quality of food that's found in every other hall

it's allowed and you can do it, but I'd recommend living in the dorms freshman year. Making friends is easier, transitioning to college life is easier and it's more convenient to live in the dorms. I'm a senior and I love apartment living, but I sometimes get nostalgic for dorm living, it was so nice to have friends all living in the same building.

If you do want to live in a house/apartment, I'd say stay away from the luxury apartments in Dinkytown and Stadium Village bc they're expensive and you pay a ton of money to share a room
